Where are you located and what currency is the pricing?

We are located in Perth, Western Australia and our prices are in AUD dollars.You can convert the total cost into your own currency at www.xe.com. The conversion will automatically occur during checkout.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), Paypal, ApplePay, AfterPay and ZipPay.
The currency for our online store is AUS Dollars.

Does Credit cardPayments clear instantly?

Credit card payments take 3 business days for the payment to clear.

*Please note with credit card payments there is a 3 day delay, from the day you place your order till you payment clears. Once  payment clears order will be dispatched.

Is your website secure?

Yes, we use Geotrust. so all your personal information is protected.

Is Beauty Glamour Box Cruelty Free Brand?

Yes, all our products are 100% cruelty free. Majority of our makeup products are also paraben free also. All ingredients are listed for every item sold on our website, for your reference.

I am a Beauty Blogger, does Beauty Glamour Box do any makeup collaborations or sponsorships?

We don’t currently don't do any product collaborations or sponsorships.

Is the accessories and makeup included with the product?
No, all accessories and makeup are for illustration purpose only.
Do you check the product before selling or shipping?
Yes, once we receive all stock we do a quality check on all products and recheck the item again before shipping to your location.
I already made a purchase and want to add another product to the order can you add the items together?
Please note we will add orders together if the first order has been not yet been initiated for shipment.
What is your refund or exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send the item(s) back to us within 7 days after confirmed delivery, and we will either replace the item free of charge, or refund your money, less shipping costs. 
Due to hygiene we do not accept used items, sorry.
However, if your product from Beauty Glamour Box arrives damaged we will replace the item. Please note that we are not accountable for any damage that may occur during transit in the post. * Does not include misuse, or normal wear and tear over time.
You will need to do the following actions:
In order to do so, you MUST keep the original box and packaging (including plastic sleeves or cases) and MUST submit an email within 24 hours of receiving your product from Beauty Glamour Box. When submitting an email you MUST provide photos of the damage when it arrived via email to customerservice@beautyglamourbox.com.
