FREE SHIPPING on Australian Orders on or over $150, we may choose to opt for a courier provider, so if a PO Box is given as a delivery address, we may contact you to offer a residential or business address due to couriers not delivering to PO BOXES.

We do use two shipping companies nationally.

Standard Shipping is 5 - 7 Business Days
Express Shipping is 1 - 3 Business Days
Registered Post is 2 - 7 Business Days 

Australian Metro locations can take  2-7 business days to reach your door. Regional locations will take anywhere from 3-12 business days to reach your door.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we do. We offer a range of options for you to choose at checkout.

International Shipping is calculated based on weight and dimensions of the package at checkout.

Economy Air (no tracking) - can take up to 21days business days
Standard (inc tracking) - can take up to 14 business days
Express (inc tracking) - can take up to 5 business days


Please be aware that customs charges are outside of our control and may be charged on international orders. Custom charges and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer and they will not be refunded or covered by Beauty Glamour Box.

Can I track my shipment for international orders?

It depends on which shipping method you select at checkout.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

On all Australian orders over $150.Shipping method is the same as our standard flat rate shipping.

How long does it take to process my order?

Processing Times:

All orders are processed Monday through Friday and are within 24 - 72 hours of payment being received and cleared. This does excludes weekends and public holidays. For example; if you make a purchase on Friday, your item will not be processed until the following week.

Order Dispatch?

Once your parcel has been collected by our postal service it is out of our control for a guaranteed delivery time. Please ensure you or someone is home for the parcel delivery, with our courier post service. You will always receive a shipping notification with a tracking number (if applicable).

Order Errors?

If you have any problems with your order please contact us. Please ensure you quote the order number eg, #1000 and your full name the order was placed under, so we can look into the matter efficiently.

Wrong Address/Non Collection

If the parcel is sent back to us due to non collection or wrong shipping address you will be required to pay for re shipping to get it dispatched for a second time.

Tracking Information? 

Within Australia:

We use both Australia Post and Courier Pleases Services. Your tracking number will be emailed to you, once your order has been processed. If the number is not yet working, wait 24hrs as both services can sometimes take time to scan your parcel.


If you have selected Standard or Express Post at checkout you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have chosen the Economy Post as your shipping option, unfortunately this service doesn't include a tracking number with this service, however contact us and we can include a tracking service for an additional amount.

Please also ensure you track your parcel, when a tracking number has been supplied. If you haven't received a confirmation order with a tracking number in your inbox, please don't forget to check you spam inbox.
